windows media player

I downloaded Windows Media Player update 9. I don't care
for all the things it can do and all the graphics. How can
I go back to the old simple media player to play my mp3
music ? DO I have to go to 'setup' and use my Windows 98
SE disk ? What option do I have to use ? Thank you in
advance for any help.

If you mean the 6 version, try start, run, mplayer2.exe
