Can't install newdev.dll

[Cookie Monster]

I am trying to install newdev.dll but when i rin
regsvr.exe to place it into the registry it does not work.
Any ideas?

Why do you think that you need to install the DLL (what would happen if you
didn't install it)? What exactly is the command you are using and what is
the response? How do you know that the installation is not successful?
