Help!!!!

When I boot up I get the flwg. error:
MotiveDirectory has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL
MotiveDirectory will now close
If you continue having this problem try restarting your
computer.

I restart and the same message appears everytime. Can
anyone
tell me what this is and how to repair it???
